Hello everyone,
I am a graduate student at Florida International University and I am writing a review that will be published in a science textbook on pigmentation pathways and related human pigmentation disorders. I am planning on including a figure with the pigmentation defects I covered in the review, one of them being Waardenburg Syndrome. I was wondering if anyone will be interested in submitting a picture of themselves to be part of the textbook.

Thank you,
Javier

it is a insensitive issue. By the way, why are you interested in getting to know about it. for your profit?

Wondering where did U get the idea that Deaf and Hearing Impaired had
what you termed as ” waardenburg sundrome”???.
Guess you came to the WRONG place to get the info. for your publication.
Try someplace else like goggle. Good Luck.

Very sensitive subject!...tread lightly here....I have a friend, whose son was on the basketball team (she and her son are both deaf)...and when I saw his hair, I asked if he put a "streak" in it or what?...She replied to me what the problem was....and that's how I found out about the syndrome.

Hello everyone,
thank you for your concern. this is for a scholarly pursuit. I do not receive any monetary benefit from publishing.

The reason I posted this here is because Waardenburg syndrome patients display partial to complete deafness.
