So, wednesday I am getting my naida v's :) IX's were too much ...3000 dollars too much lol soo am getting the v's. I am hoping that speech will be better with these hearing aids as mine currently are the pits...i've been taking my ha's out a lot because I am frustrated and now it's worse because I am sick and I have pressure in my ears. I will write how my first day is on weds :) my fitting is as 1145:)
 
Good luck Alicia. I hope your ears are better by Wednesday.
 
Thanks botti! I hope so too..I don't want the day to be worse..i know I'll prolly have a headache from the new aids from my ears adjusting and clogged ears won't go well with that lol

So, I got my hearing aids today! Wow what a difference! I am still missing words and some phrases at times here and there but my speech discrimination was better than it has been lately! I got the iCom as well and it works really well with the phone! I was actually able to mostly hear a convo on the phone:) The hearing aids sound a bit different than what I am used to because of the frequency transposition.
 
I like the Zebra pattern. Is that your purse matching that they are on?
 
No right now i don't use the FM much but if I go back to algonquin next year Ill get new receivers :)
 
yes that's the plan ;) which is why I haven't got them yet :) lol cuz ill need new ones since the ones I have won't go with the naidas. The school paid for my FM (which I keep) and they pay for the receivers :)

Glad the Naidas have helped. The Earmolds look awesome with Naidas.
