Yeah, left hearing aid isn't working.

Well, the left ear is dead auditorally.

I'm sure it might be a problem with ear wax, but if that were the case I would be getting something...it would be muffled moreso on top of muffled hearing. I'll be getting my ears cleaned on Monday and will find out then, but I highly doubt it's a problem with ear wax.

I'm not getting any input from the other ear at all. No vibrations, nada. Tried new batteries, ensuring the switch was in the correct position, etc.

Thank goodness for Cochlear Implants and here's hoping things turn out well in that endeavor.

In hindsight, I shouldn't have cancelled my other appointment on 04/29. Oh, well. What's done is done. Time to move forward.

What happened to your bad ear? You said it was working before with HA? How did you hear at 100db before? See if your HA is working, does it produce any feedback that you hear in the good ear? Yea try removing the wax and having another audiogram, at least in the bad ear. Let us know if you hear any sounds, you did last time.
