If yes, what do you insure for?

We insure some kind of insurances:

Family Legal Protection insurance
Accident insurance
Life insurance
Vehicle insurance
compulsory insurance
Home and building insurance

Come and share... Any questions are welcome...
 
I have the Medical Insurance, actually it's attached to my SSI.. I was used to have the insurance for my car, the Liability Insurance, but not now anymore since I sold my car.

This is list of annual insurances, I made in my first thread is a volunatarily but other insurances (we call it "social insurance" ) from monthly wage slip is an obligation.

Health insurance
pension insurance
Unemployment insursance
Nursing care insurance

I remember your posts somewhere that you are house owner. Don't you have any insurance to insure your house? (I mean home and building insurance) if any happened to your house? I mean fire, exposive, burglar, etc.

our house

I am not sure what else.
 
Life insurance... boy a bit complicated to explain


When hubby or wife passed away (hate to say that!), life insurance from the job give you $ ($ taken out-some depend how much you want to, from her or his pay checks each week or bi weekly or whatever) and it help pay her/him off house, funeral fees, hospitals bills etc. And money left, save it till need it.

My husband already got me life insurance but not sure % is and my son also.

I'll Google it and post it in here for you in few minutes.

Oh Life insurance... I was confused by her post "life ins"... Oh she mean is life insurance... Okay, I got it.

Well my house do have hazard insurance, but that is included with the monthly payment for the house loan. Reason why I don't include that in my list because the house loan is under my parent's name and I already invest my 30k in the land. It's kinda of seperated, but yes my house have the insurance :)

Renter's insurance (apartment)
Life insurance (my parents have this since I was 1)
 
My insurance: Sunlife Insurance for living/houses/EVERYTHING coverage life... of course expensive but as long best play safe. Everything package 110%

My Auto insurance/HOUSE: included EVERYTHING 110% package.. Yes admit expensive cost.. as long we want stay input safe for us family protection.

Medical Health is free coverage under Sunlife goes same thing for Ontario Health Card..
Recently I got news from Hospital.. little bit changed system as little bit as same for USA system.. Kinda little pissy off but Glad I have SunLife Insurance will be always coverage for us.. which it's great news... 100%

Dental Health: Sunlife insurance 90% pay... We pay 10%
Others etc... goes for Sunlife insurance coverage for us 98% and 2% you pay..
Good Cheap price.. likely medcation and etc....

Espically Hearing aid.. (UGH) not easy.. Hard understand about standard like as same other human beings.. but not even say special needs like disability... Sunlife pay 500 dollars that is it. Wha...a joke? Hearing aid isn't cheap! My hubby is still under discussion w/Sunlife and Head Quarters company fighting on it now.. w/his work company involved part of it too.. (long story)

What is "compulsory" insurance? I know that it means "required" but what does it cover?
 
We have insurance coverage for our house (and belongings), business (liability), vehicles, and life.
 
For some of you, don't forget the insurance you took out for your pager, lol.
