Since I have seen a lot of "ask me anything" threads, so I thought I would give it a go as I am from australia, maybe you peeps from the states would be curious to know anything what is it like in australia etc....

So help yourself posting up questions! :D

is it difficult to find a job for the deaf in australia?

have you ever been to the united states before and which states have you touched? :)

Well, for me, right now I have no problem, I am working in the Government, for a loong loong time now, so I don't have to worry about it now. But, for deaf people in a small city town, it would be a bit hard, yes.

Yes, I have apparently! I was in the staes in 1999, touched SF, Washington D.C and LA. Also, I touched Gally too! Loved it. It was when I was 12 years old back then!

Are you a writer?

Yes, in my spare time, yes... you may have noticed the signature below.. I own the forum for deaf authors. it can tell that I am a writer.. but for publicity, no.

Which state do you think is best?

Well, for now, Sydney but canberra is for me lol also gold coast too. Despite I have not been there for a long time. It has been years since I went there last.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years time?

This is a good question, but I would love to see myself working intensively for the deaf community support more technologies for the deaf in Australia, also work in america for 6 months or so, meet new friends while I am overseas and by when I am 30 I would be married

What would you like to do in future?

Similar as above also perhaps remain working in the public service as well.

Have you eaten a witchery grubs?

Haha, very funny, Koala but nope.

Are you a big fan of Pirates of the Caribbean?

What's your favorite character from PotC?

Yep, definitely a fan of the PoTC triology, seen all movies! :D

Favorite characters are Captain Jack Sparrow, William Turner and Captain Barbossa :)

Canberra, Australia. The national Capital of Australia, indeed. But for these people who thinks Sydney is, but nope!

Ah, ACT. thank you.

Yes, before I moved to live here, I thought Sydney was capital, and when I went to visit Canberra and could not believe it is really a capital city, because it looks like a small town to me after compared it to London UK !!:giggle:

ACT - aka Canberra is correct and yes, it is the same as Washington DC in America which is the capital city of the US despite it is a small capital city. It is weird, hey?

Comparing to UK, yes.
