I noticed today that Magastu’s thread over Mary LeTourneau is gone so I create my thread to ask you for opinion.

I thought it's sense to create a poll to ask you for an opinion either Mary is child rapist or sex offender or what?
 
I would say sex offender...It seems not right to molest or play sex with a boy at a very young age. Since high number of men are considered sex offenders when they do those performances on kids younger than 12-15.....why not her too. she is weird to me anyway. :roll:

I'm thinking about buy a book to know why she do that.
 
I as mother would accuse teacher/adult as Sex Offender if she/he touches my son. I know that feeling and will accuse her as stole my son’s happily childhood and emotionally.

But with Mary and 12 years old is a different story. I’m speechless about this condition between Mary and a boy because I never see like this in my life…. At first I thought it’s infatuated when I learn the scandal about them on the newspapers and TV etc. until I saw their love emotion at court on the TV. These situations make me sick. I thought the prison would help Mary think twice what/how she did etc. A boy starts a new life and forgets her with the help from counseling. It’s not what I thought when I learn that she was out of prison. Wow, it must be true love.

Rapist mean is: Force you to have sex, sex violence, where the victims don’t want/like and feel uncomfortable.

Sex offender mean is: kind of sex abusive, touch part etc where the victims don’t like/feel uncomfortable.

Could you please correct me if I am wrong about the word mean between Rapist and Sex offender. :thumb:

Now, it’s my opinion:
I do not consider Mary as Child Rapist but criminal because she knew she doing is illegal to have sex with underage child. Yes, Mary made a huge mistake to hurt her family, not only family but also EVERYTHING. I can’t image like this when I’m in her shoe. ***Goose pumps***

I see what Mary and a boy did none of Child Rapist or Sex Offender. They involved each other with romantic, erotic and sexual feeling because they love each other. They want each other.

I’m surprised that her children visit to see Mary in prison often and forgive her for that and bless them for her wedding with Vile. Mary’s children are bridesmaid at Mary’s and Vila’s wedding. :jaw:



Now I vote other:
I consider it as criminal because Mary broke the law to have sex with underage boy.


Please don't get me wrong. I'm not support them but give you honest about my opinon. Honestly, I don't care about them because it's their life, not mine.
 
The woman is sick. That's all I need to know. Btw, she's all of the above. She's a rapist, sex offender, and an abuser.

Or, lets put it this way. She's nuts.
 
I cannot believe it. We, taxpayers, wasted a lot of money for putting her to jail because she is freed and married sicko young man. What a suck! Do they have a job? :dunno:

What she did was wrong, He was only in second grade :eek: When I read the link, I don't understand why he was only in second grade at the age of 12.


Anyways, Now that he is 22, He decide to married her and It's out of my hands and his parents as well because he is above 21 at age and there is nothing nobody can do about it. :)

yea true i agree with u.. we cant do anything since he is over 21 yrs old.. they still in love then we back off and cant do anything anyway..
 
I did not vote. For one my heart is not much hate or judge against her alike I have seen in here.
 
If, it is about Love that is strong for both of them -- then, there is no need to vote. Both of them do have the feelings for each other...mind ya and others.

I would just let their course take its toll and let it unfolds down the road on its own. :)

Considering the case has been closed and she served time for what is viewed by the majority as morally wrong, yet, serving her 'time' and perhaps even she asked for 'forgiveness' from the One above....There's no point for me to 'label' her as this or that 'NOW'...sadly enough, she has been labeled from left to right many things--Just hope that this couple have blessings and what's done has been 'dealt' with between 'them' and the One above. Bluntantly put, I agree to disagree with 'voting' in this poll (no offense to the creator of this poll)--in other words and simply 'leave them alone'.

Let's just hope none of your children ever get such a "loving" teacher. But then again, I guess it is OK with some parents.

BTW, I have nothing against people repenting and God forgiving them. That is between the two of them. But I still want sexual predators to register, and not be allowed to teach in schools.
