saw this on the way to my work yesterday. notice the license plate. :lol:

took this pix today when I refueled on the way home. I don't think I would sweep the floor like that with the car above me. :ugh:

LOL, I 've been walking thru under the lifted rack hoists to pick up something from my tool boxes or parts to work on the vehicle(s). One time I was standing next to the lifted vehicle on the rack, feel a sharp jolt (earthquake), and I knew then fleed outside of the gas station quickly till quake stopped. The vehicle on the rack was'nt fell down.

:laugh2: Gotta love that plates! I have always wondered if "EPICFAIL" would be candidate for a licence plate.

Yesterday - I took this pix of this poor fella's LR when he was exiting a townhouse. yes this spraypaint on his car is real cuz he tried to use wiper to clean it off on rear window. The spraypaint is on his headlights and windshield too. I drove closer and the guy was looking furious - he definitely got pwned by his now ex-gf

Lol, Every auto tech do that like me.

Don't worry, the lift rack have safety lock that will hold vehicles even hydraulic system fail.

Jiro, the guy who sweeped the floor of the garage that you showed a pic, looks like a humpback man maybe Igor? I dont think you drop ur car there for repairs. No trust on mechanics cuz of the Frankenstein displays on the walls that make you sore eyes. Gross.
I transfered from 78 station to Shell station last year to run the low key business. The station was terrrible and smell dead mouses in the attic (mini mart), nasty equipments. I hired a young deaf tech to helping me to clean the shop. We did good job there ( I heard humor story that HQ was about to sell the Shell station but they changed their mind to keep it cuz of the numberous customers/motorists visited there). As today, the Shell station sells lot of propane tanks or/refill, gas and snacks. Vast improvement.

lol it's a cleaning maid - a woman. or I think mom??? it's a family-owned business. I'm a regular there. good gas. great price. several gas stations nearby me are ridiculously expensive.

also mechanical fail, I 've been seen broken cables and lifting arm. Last year, the car was tilted on the side when the cable popped out, stuck about 5 feet above the floor, thank to the safety lock levers. We called a towing company, the towing guy brought his flat bed truck to tucking in and we lowered the vehicle down on the flat truck, leave the broken lifting rack. Simple.
